Refund policy

At Peach Honey, we stand behind our products and aim to make every experience sweet and simple. Here's how we handle refunds and returns:

Shipping Issues

If your package is seized in the mail, we will issue a full refund, including shipping.

If your tracking says delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with your local post office first. We are unable to refund these orders unless there is verified proof of non-delivery.

CBD Product Returns

Refunds for CBD products are only issued if the item arrives damaged or faulty.

  • Please notify us within 7 days of delivery and include a photo of the issue.

  • Items must be returned to us in their original packaging.

Merchandise Exchanges

Exchanges for store credit only are available on branded merchandise (e.g., tees, totes, etc.) within 30 days of purchase, as long as the item is unused and in original condition.
