Shipping policy

I'm Paizley, not Amazon. We're a small team and we move with a little more love than the big guys. Here's everything you need to know about getting your Peach Honey order home safely.

Processing & Delivery

Orders go out within 24-48 hours after you click buy. Our shipping fairies take weekends and holidays off, so if you ordered Friday night, we're on it Monday. Once your order ships, expect it in 2-6 business days.

Limited Edition & Presale Orders

Orders that include a limited edition or presale item may take 7-14 business days to process before they ship. If your order contains a mix of regular and limited edition items, everything ships together once all items are ready.

Lost, Seized & Undelivered Packages

If your package has been seized in the mail, we'll issue a full refund including shipping. If your tracking shows delivered but nothing arrived, please contact your local post office first before reaching out to us. Refunds are not issued for CBD products unless they arrive faulty or damaged.

Shipping Restrictions

THCA products cannot be shipped to Arkansas, Idaho, Minnesota, Oregon, or Rhode Island per state guidelines.

Delta 8 products (which we don't carry) cannot be shipped to: AR, CA, CO, CT, DE, GA, HI, ID, IN, IA, KS, MA, MS, MT, NV, NH, NY, ND, OR, RI, SC, UT, VT, WA, WV.
