Shipping policy
After you place your order, we’ll need about 3–5 business days to get everything packed up and ready to roll. Once your package ships, you’ll get a tracking number straight to your inbox. From there, most orders land on your doorstep in about 3–5 days (because we aren't Amazon).
Orders that include items from a limited edition drop may require additional processing time. Please allow 3–7 business days for us to prepare your order before it ships. Each item is carefully packaged with love and intention, and we appreciate your patience during these high-demand releases.
If your order contains a limited edition item or a presale/preorder item along with other products, your entire order will ship together once all items are ready.
If your package has been seized in the mail, we will issue a full refund for the purchase and shipping costs incurred. If your tracking information states your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local post office before contacting us. Refunds will not be issued for CBD products unless delivered faulty or damaged.
SHIPPING REGULATIONS
THCA products cannot be shipped to the following states, per state guidelines:
Arkansas, Idaho, Minnesota, Oregon, and Rhode Island.
Delta 8 products (which we do not carry), cannot be shipped to the following states, per state guidelines: AR, CA, CO, CT, DE, GA, HI, ID, IN, IA, KS, MA, MS, MT, NV, NH, NY, ND, OR, RI, SC, UT, CA, VT, WA, WV
